The bed was spacious and comfortable, the bus ran smoothly and had no smell, and I arrived in Da Nang almost 1 hour earlier than the scheduled time. 10 points, next time I need to choose this bus company to go from Vinh <-> Da Nang

It’s clean and just like new one. Travelled from Hue to Hanoi with VIP cabin. The price is totally reasonable! It’s very comfortable and you can totally lay down to sleep. I think they are better than other companies. The company also offered the free shuttle bus service from the hotel to the bus station!!!! The only thing is that the communication for the shuttle bus service can be more effective. E.g. From the app it said pick up should be around 6, then updated pick up info (pick up at 730) from company via email at 720. At last, the shuttle came at 8. It’s a little scary and worry for those who had no experience with it. *May be it’s better to go to there company’s bus station to manage all the booking! The staffs are always helpful too!!!

We should really support good bus companies like Khanh Quynh, from the attitude of the drivers, staff to the facilities of the bus. The buses are new and very clean. I just hope that Vietnamese passengers will travel in a more civilized manner.

The road was smooth, there was no shaking. We made enough stops to use the restroom and stopped for dinner. Thus, if the bus company contacts the customer in advance to confirm, it is best to avoid making the customer impatient and worried.

I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. The car company is new but I don't know why I saw many low reviews so I was hesitant when I bought the ticket, but after the trip I found it great. All the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Text the co-driver if you want to go to the toilet and he happily stopped the car at the nearest gas station so my family could get off!! Other cars sometimes grimaced and cursed lightly :) New car, strong air conditioner, clean. I don't understand why there are many low reviews?
