I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.

I'm evaluating while I'm still on the roller coaster. This was the first time I went to Quy Nhon and I booked Tai Phat car dealership because the reviews on the app were quite good and the quality really exceeded my expectations. I bought a double bed and it was just enough for 2 people. The garage staff must be said to be super enthusiastic and cute. Before the trip, I called the switchboard and the employee who assisted me spoke super gently and cheerfully. When we get on the shuttle bus and get on the big car, they always help us carry our suitcases. On the bus, there are free cakes and milk for passengers and also prepare motion sickness medicine, slippers, blankets, pillows and especially hug pillows. But we have to rate the garage 10 stars to be enough!!!

I was stuck in traffic for about 20 minutes but the driver and assistant were still waiting and were very friendly, not pushy like other bus companies. The car I drive is a 24-minute double. The car has curtains so I find it very private and full of amenities. The car goes from Saigon to Quy Nhon and uses 3 foot stations. The car uses 2 stations to go to the toilet at the gas station. and 1 station. Use it for food. Even though the 2 stations are used at the gas station for cars to pay for fuel and for passengers to go to the toilet, the toilet at this gas station is very clean. Hk has an unpleasant smell like other stations. But it seems that this bus company runs out to Ngai Ngai and drops off passengers along Highway 1a, so it's very convenient for everyone😍 I can't fault the place when I take the bus. The car is very new. T.XE runs very well and doesn't get stuck like other cars❤️. Wishing the garage to grow stronger and stronger🥰

I took a bus from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City. In general, the bus went quite quickly and arrived earlier than I expected. The driver was also enthusiastic and polite, calling in advance to confirm. People should proactively call and ask the bus company to confirm all travel date information and ask them to notify them in any case of schedule changes. When getting on the bus, a few people wondered why the seat wasn't a bed. You should carefully check the type of seat on the online booking ticket because I saw it clearly stated it was a seat. The bus company will call to confirm the trip time and license plate number. Please remember the license plate clearly to catch the correct bus.

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. If they do, please tell them to contact me at my phone number, and I'll assist them. My number ends in 666, the trip was from the university to Nha Trang on January 16th. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love. A great experience with a new bus company that you should refer to: + The staff and driver called to confirm 2-3 times, so you can rest assured + The driver picked me up on time, I waited for only 10 minutes and the bus picked me up, not 30 minutes or 1 hour before calling + The bus is new, classy, fragrant and especially I really like the blankets and pillows on the bus. Normally, leather pillows make my neck hurt when lying down, but here, the bus company changed all the pillows to extremely soft feather pillows. + The bed is extremely wide, there is a hook to hang slippers on top so my feet don't get tangled like other buses I've been on + The driver and bus assistant enthusiastically supported me with pick-up and drop-off questions, very enthusiastic and gentle + There are also water, cold towels on the bus. When arriving at the station, the driver thoughtfully prepared more cold towels at the stop. 10 points for the sophistication of the bus company.

The driver and the conductor were very enthusiastic and dedicated. I got on the wrong bus (same company, same route). The driver and conductor of both buses were very helpful. The ticket price was cheap but the quality was very good, the ticket included a dinner. The bus departed 45 minutes later than on the app, but due to the storm, it rained very heavily, which is understandable. 99/10
