It's been a long time since I've experienced a trip with such good service quality. After booking the ticket, the bus company called to confirm the ticket for me 1 day later, and 1 hour before departure, the bus company called to confirm again and provided the driver's phone number and the car number. Good service, clean car and the driver drove very smoothly.

I'm very satisfied. The car is spacious, airy, the seats are big, there is mineral water and wet towels for each seat. The bus station in District 1 is very cool, from the ticket office lady, the driver to the security guard. Everyone is cute and enthusiastic. I just arrived at the bus station, it was raining, the staff immediately opened an umbrella for me to sit in the bus station and wait. The driver drove very smoothly, I slept from the start of the trip until I arrived at my destination. When I arrived in Vung Tau, they took me to where I would stay (The Song) without any extra charge and I didn't need to change cars for any transfers. After booking the ticket, the bus station will call to confirm, and when it's almost time to depart, the bus station will also call to remind me. I'm very satisfied. I will support the company every time I have the opportunity to go to Vung Tau ❤️❤️❤️

They were amazing even looked after our bags while we had some food then took us to the airport for our flight home could not have been happier or more grateful I would highly recommend all the team thanks from Tony and family from Australia

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. Very good experience. The bed is spacious, has a pillow, a night light, and a lamp in the room for reading. The bed sheets and blankets are very clean and tidy. The car is comfortable and runs smoothly. The driver and staff are also friendly and polite. There is a shuttle bus to Tuy Hoa city center, which is very convenient. The ticket price is reasonable. Overall, I am very satisfied, thank you to the car company.
