After booking the ticket, the bus company called to confirm the ticket for me 1 day later, and 1 hour before departure, the bus company called to confirm again and provided the driver's phone number and the car number. Good service, clean car and the driver drove very smoothly.

I'm very satisfied. The car is spacious, airy, the seats are big, there is mineral water and wet towels for each seat. The bus station in District 1 is very cool, from the ticket office lady, the driver to the security guard. Everyone is cute and enthusiastic. I just arrived at the bus station, it was raining, the staff immediately opened an umbrella for me to sit in the bus station and wait. The driver drove very smoothly, I slept from the start of the trip until I arrived at my destination. When I arrived in Vung Tau, they took me to where I would stay (The Song) without any extra charge and I didn't need to change cars for any transfers. After booking the ticket, the bus station will call to confirm, and when it's almost time to depart, the bus station will also call to remind me. I'm very satisfied. I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. Generally satisfied.
