I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

Before ordering, I saw that the reviews weren't very good, so I was a bit hesitant. But the driver of my car was driving very well and enthusiastically, driving at a moderate speed, not speeding and overtaking recklessly. Arrive at BL on time. The seat is also wide enough for me. The bus station's waiting area does not have food for customers as advertised on Facebook, but the staff is very enthusiastic, covering customers with umbrellas when it rains and carrying luggage to the car for customers. The bus company provides customers with a hangover pill. Free parking when picking up tickets if needed. The bus departs 8-10 minutes later than the scheduled time but that's okay. The bus departs at 10:45 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. to DL and is transferred to the hotel. - Sleeper bed: I am 48kg 1m62, my male friend is 52kg 1m65. We are quite thin but the bed is comfortable, a bit tight so you should consider booking a double bed if you want to sleep comfortably. The rest is all fine 💗

We had a really good experience. We got there in time as indicated and the bus departed on time and arrived early. Felt really safe. Very comfortable (we booked the double bed size due to my partner's very long legs), we managed to sleep most of the trip. People were all very quiet. Staff were nice. The only difficulty was the language as not many people speak enough English for detailed conversation. However, we do not speak Vietnamese either. Other Vietnamese travellers helped. Definitely recommend this mean of transport with this company anyway. Haven't tried others yet 😊

Oh my god, this is the first time in my life that a driver stopped to buy me a cup of hot ginger tea because I have heart disease and asthma and get very car sick! That day I had a heart attack and couldn't sleep, so I was given special privileges to sit next to the driver, otherwise I would have fainted.
