Great experience, best limousine so far. The only suggestion is to have some be quiet policy, like Vin bus for example. There was one woman who didn't stop yapping loudly either on her phone or with the driver. Driver was respectful. Other passengers, even small kids were very considerate as well. I'm going back to Hanoi in a few days, we will see if I was just lucky or the limousine and the service are always great. For now, definitely recommend

The ride was enjoyable. The driver was kind and drove safely. We left an hour later than scheduled. He first messaged to say he was going to be 30 minutes late. Then he was an additional 30 minutes late.

This was my first time traveling by limousine from Hanoi to Thai Nguyen (round trip), and I was pleasantly surprised by how much better it was compared to other companies I've used in Viet Tri, Lang Son, Hai Phong, or Quang Ninh. The schedule was punctual, the price was reasonable, and the driver was very comfortable. Even when I requested a change to the return time, they were still very attentive. The car had massage seats, wireless phone charging, and complimentary drinks. The only thing missing was face towels, otherwise it would have been perfect.

Everything was better than any other similar experience before in 5 years in Vietnam. They called me, send me the correct and precise messages both on Zalo, Whatsapp and via email. Drivers were driving safely, picked us up on time, which was a pleasant surprise. Hope the return trip will be the same.

This time I used a bus service from a hotel in Bai Chay, Ha Long Bay, to Hanoi. I placed the order at 7 p.m., and I didn’t get a WhatsApp message until 7 a.m. the next morning (I left my country code and phone number and use WhatsApp). The pickup was very punctual, and the VIP seat I booked was correct. There were already three women on the bus. On the way, we stopped at a rest area and everyone got off to take a break. Near the outskirts of Hanoi, I got off the bus and was transferred to another small car, which took me to my final destination.

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.

Good service attitude, comfortable seats

If I could give this transfer service 10 stars, I would. My husband and I recently used their service for a transfer from Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi) to Halong Bay, and I am writing this review not just because the service was good, but because they were absolute heroes. Our flight was severely delayed, and despite our best efforts to communicate, we arrived at the airport over two hours late. We were stressed, exhausted, and fully expected to have missed our pre-booked transfer, potentially jeopardizing our entire Halong Bay cruise the next day. To our utter amazement, our driver was still there, patiently waiting for us. He calmly helped us with our luggage and got us into a very comfortable, clean, and air-conditioned vehicle. The journey itself was smooth and safe. But what truly sets this company apart is their incredible customer service and understanding. They went the extra mile (quite literally!) to ensure our vacation wasn't ruined. Highly, highly recommended!

I am quite satisfied with the customer care, the way the garage operates, and the vehicle is also very good. The only thing is that I booked to travel on an 11-seat car, picked up and dropped off in the inner city, from Hanoi to Hai Phong, traveling for 1 person with 2 boxes of goods equivalent to 40x40x40, each box weighing nearly 10kg. I clearly told the bus company to allow me to transport the goods at the same time, I would pay the shipping fee, but I was told that there was not enough space for the goods, so at first I moved to a 28-seat bus. After that, there was no 28-seat bus with the same departure time that I booked. When I returned, I agreed with the garage that I would book another place to park the goods. I am very grateful that the garage sincerely provides maximum support to customers. However, I had to go to the Hanoi Office myself, and catch the return flight from the Hai Phong Office to my destination. Meanwhile, the storage compartment in the car is very comfortable, not impossible to transport. I even heard a few guys in the driver or operations department say why they accepted these (my 2 packages). I think if the bus company helped me book an extra seat for those 2 packages, they should also treat me like a normal passenger, right? Anyway, I thank the bus company for supporting me in such a hurry. I still want to continue using the garage's service if I need to move in the future. Thank!

Picked me on the dot at my hotel in Hanoi. Helped to load my suitcase into the trunk area. Extremely comfortable seating chair with the massager being the star. Was very relaxing to have it. Stopped for a couple of loo and snack breaks. Very good coordination from Ms Trang at Cuong Phat Limousine. Sent me the details via WhatsApp yesterday itself with the Driver and Vehicle details. When you book a car, the driver will call to reschedule with you, about 15-20 minutes earlier. Whoever gets in the car first gets to choose the seat first, I got a shared car so I just accepted =)). The car is new, clean, and has comfortable seats for medium-sized people (it's a bit cumbersome if you're eight people). Hmm, the car is new, the air conditioning is cold, so if you can't stand the cold, remember to use a thick blanket to keep warm. The driver drove quite smoothly, but every time he talked on the phone it was quite loud, causing me to wake up in the fog about 2-3 times during the trip but still slept well (luckily I'm fat so I easily wake up and fall asleep). The garage should install a curtain or plastic screen to separate the passenger from the driver, with shelters for both sides. In general, I am very sympathetic to this bus company, so if I go anywhere in Ha Long, I still choose to return to this bus company.

Helpful staff. I had to change my departure date twice, once three hours before my scheduled departure. There was no problem with the operator. The driver came and picked me up. The trip was pleasant in a well-maintained coach. Upon arrival, the staff asked if everything was okay and if I had made it to the hotel. I'm returning.

We had booked online and were picked up at the Hanoi office. The driver called us 15 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. The departure was punctual, the journey went very well, the seats were comfortable. We had chosen the drop-off at Tam Coc when booking online, the driver left us near our accommodation.

Honestly, the best bus ride I've had so far has been Mong Cai to Hanoi from 11PM - 6AM. Staff were polite and helpful, and unlike other rides, it was easy to sleep, because the driver wasn't constantly honking. I woke up at 4:30 AM in time for a bathroom break, and the facilities were clean. It's definitely a budget bed, but as a short queen at 159 cm, I was able to fit with my shoes and backpack. USB port works, and with the Viettel 8 gb/day plan, I had plenty to keep me entertained. Water is provided, and the only real negative was a loud auntie on her phone. (not much to do about your neighbours!)
