Great experience, best limousine so far. The only suggestion is to have some be quiet policy, like Vin bus for example. There was one woman who didn't stop yapping loudly either on her phone or with the driver. Driver was respectful. Other passengers, even small kids were very considerate as well. I'm going back to Hanoi in a few days, we will see if I was just lucky or the limousine and the service are always great. For now, definitely recommend

Picked me on the dot at my hotel in Hanoi. Helped to load my suitcase into the trunk area. Extremely comfortable seating chair with the massager being the star. Was very relaxing to have it. Stopped for a couple of loo and snack breaks. Very good coordination from Ms Trang at Cuong Phat Limousine. Sent me the details via WhatsApp yesterday itself with the Driver and Vehicle details. This time I used a bus service from a hotel in Bai Chay, Ha Long Bay, to Hanoi. I placed the order at 7 p.m., and I didn’t get a WhatsApp message until 7 a.m. the next morning (I left my country code and phone number and use WhatsApp). The pickup was very punctual, and the VIP seat I booked was correct. There were already three women on the bus. On the way, we stopped at a rest area and everyone got off to take a break. Near the outskirts of Hanoi, I got off the bus and was transferred to another small car, which took me to my final destination.
