I went with a small child from check in to boarding the bus. The staff was very enthusiastic and friendly.

Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!

The garage is very good, the bed is big and spacious. Route number 1, on the Hanoi - Hue route, you should take this bus.

Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system.
