First time experiencing Nam Quynh Anh's VIP sleeper bus and found it very good. Super spacious bed, fully equipped. What I can't do without is the battery charger and the wifi is very complete. Shuttle buses within Hanoi/Vinh should add more pick-up/drop-off location options on the Vexere APP. I was the one who called to request additional information when booking tickets in Vinh city. It’s clean and just like new one. Travelled from Hue to Hanoi with VIP cabin. The price is totally reasonable! It’s very comfortable and you can totally lay down to sleep. I think they are better than other companies. The company also offered the free shuttle bus service from the hotel to the bus station!!!! The only thing is that the communication for the shuttle bus service can be more effective. E.g. From the app it said pick up should be around 6, then updated pick up info (pick up at 730) from company via email at 720. At last, the shuttle came at 8. It’s a little scary and worry for those who had no experience with it. *May be it’s better to go to there company’s bus station to manage all the booking! The staffs are always helpful too!!!

The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.
