First time experiencing Nam Quynh Anh's VIP sleeper bus and found it very good. Super spacious bed, fully equipped. What I can't do without is the battery charger and the wifi is very complete. The car supports door-to-door pick-up by shuttle bus, so it is very convenient. After booking tickets, everyone should call the bus company to register for a transfer to Vinh.

The Good: • Immaculate cleanliness: The bus was impressively clean, and they are very strict about maintaining this standard – eating is not allowed on board. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a focus on cleanliness in Vietnam. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.

I chose HK Bus again after booking a bus to Sapa. The drivers were very friendly. The bus company supported a transfer when I suddenly requested. My friend forgot my things on the bus after being dropped off at the airport, I quickly called the driver and surprisingly the driver did not blame me and was willing to wait for me to get my things back. I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.

Driving so fast, starting at 11:30 from Bac Nghen and arriving at 27 Nguyen Hoang at 4:20. If you adjust the speed, the arrival time is about 6:00 which is great

The bus runs on time, but it takes a long time to park and pick up passengers on a detour that is a bit far. The car often brakes suddenly and returns quickly on time. I took the bus and got on the bus, but when I got to my destination, I was transferred to another bus. But no matter how enthusiastic you are, the blankets will be clean and fragrant so everything is ok. The car doesn't have a toilet, so unfortunately, when I booked the car, it said I would return it to the main store, but when I got back, I returned it to Aeon Long Bien, but it was close to my house, so it's okay.

In the afternoon, I got a bus ticket that ran very well. In the afternoon, when I booked tickets A1 and B1, the staff put me near the back of the bus even though I arrived very early. This part of the bus doesn't have curtains and I'm in the sun so I called the operator so I could change seats.
