The bus attendant was also enthusiastic when I asked for information, and when I arrived at the stop, I was not urged to get off the bus immediately. The only minus point is that the width of both sides of the bed is slightly curved, so it's a bit tight for my friend (68kg 1m7, not a big fat person), so for fatter people it will be tight.

I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.

The car picked up a bit late but there were 2 passengers and still ran. I bought a promotional ticket so I got a discount. This trip will probably make a loss for the bus company. Support 5 stars for parking with many customers.

The road was smooth, there was no shaking. We made enough stops to use the restroom and stopped for dinner. In general, the seats may be a little short for people taller than 180 cm, but that’s not a big deal. We enjoyed the trip.
