I chose HK Bus again after booking a bus to Sapa. The drivers were very friendly. The bus company supported a transfer when I suddenly requested. My friend forgot my things on the bus after being dropped off at the airport, I quickly called the driver and surprisingly the driver did not blame me and was willing to wait for me to get my things back. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks.
