⭐ 4.5/5 Thanks to the Vexere app, I had a pretty good trip with HK Buslines. The bus was luxurious with a private cabin for each passenger, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Vexere’s hotline worked efficiently and showed responsibility toward customers. Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. I couldn't enter my foreign number when I tried to book, so I entered a random VN #. The day of travel, they reached out to me by email, so we could communicate by WhatsApp, which I appreciated so much. The instructions to wait for the driver was also good. The bus was clean, I was given a bottle water and a wet towel. Wi-Fi was fast enough. USB charging port was good. The bus made restroom stops every 2 hours or so (2 stops between the airport and Lao cai). I didn't find the toilet onboard, so I panicked a bit, but I appreciated the frequent restroom breaks at the end. I'd appreciated if this was communicated to us in advance. The door to door transfer in Lao cai was great. I'm looking forward to my next trip with s trip.

The informations about pick up locations etc are a little approximative, I asked Vexere where we could get to the big bus directly and at the end the location was still a mini van pick up that brought us to the bus but that is not a big deal. We left on time from Hanoi but made a very long break at the airport to wait some passengers I guess and arrived only 30 minutes late in Sa Pa so very good. There is no WC in the bus so think about it but you’ll do two 30min breaks in freeway area (3k dong to use the bathroom and they are very clean) and will also be able to buy a lot of different snacks and food. Very confortable seats ! Keep in mind that sometimes the quality of the roads is not that good so it can be very shaky. We booked the top 2 seats at the very back of the bus and you can feel the bus vibrating a lot, the lower seats just before these seats were much more confortable and we were able to use them as they were empty. Overall a very good journey :)

Everything was well organized, making our trip smooth, enjoyable, and completely stress-free.
