At 22:00, I took the Single Cabin (2nd floor) from Hanoi directly to Sapa without going through Lao Cai. 1. I changed my reservation time over the phone 3 days before using the bus. Communication was possible in English and changing the time was also easy. If you arrive 10 minutes before the bus departure time, you can comfortably receive a paper ticket. ++ 2. They say the bus sometimes comes late, but it came on time. 3. The facility was clean and odorless. I used the 2nd floor, and although the 1st floor has a slightly higher ceiling, I definitely recommend the 2nd floor because it is twice as expensive. + 4. The seat did not fully recline, but only went to about 160 degrees (there is space behind the seat back to place shoes, etc.). The length is not generous, so if you are taller than 175cm, you may need to bend your knees slightly. - 5. There was no bathroom, but we stopped at a rest area twice during the 5 hours to Sapa and were allowed to use the restroom. 6. Hand out a bottle of water to each person. WiFi was connected well. The biggest disappointment was that while going to Sapa, the power on the bus was cut off, so it was impossible to charge my phone even though there was a USB plug. I don't know what it's like during daytime hours. There's no TV, but that's okay since I didn't plan on watching it in the first place. - 7. A guide who could speak English took the bus with us and accompanied us to the final destination. They made announcements right before departure and arrival, and especially when we first got on, they even moved our seats to a slightly larger space (but they didn't move us to the first floor, where the price was different). +++ 8. Even though I rode on the second floor, I didn't feel much of a rattle while driving and I didn't get motion sick. There was a protection device to prevent the seat from rolling over while sleeping (each seat also had a curtain for privacy). + 9. Departure at 22:00 and arrival at 03:00 the next day, but they allowed me to sleep on the bus until 06:00. ++ The service was perfect, to the point where it was very, very disappointing that this was a bus company that only operated during the day. Since the bus company (Sao Viet) returning from Sapa to Hanoi was the worst, it may look better, but if I go to Sapa in the future, I think I will check the timetable of this bus company (Sapa Express) first.

When going to Sapa, I booked Sao Viet, and when returning from Sapa to Hanoi, I booked the G8. The G8 was so good that I felt fortunate that I had booked a different round-trip company. (It may also be because the comparison target was not good.) Although the pick-up service was a bit much. It was late, but compared to the Sao Viet pickup vehicle, which was so dirty that I didn't want to ride it, the G8 pickup vehicle was clean, and since it was a limousine bus, the seats were comfortable. Not only was the sleeping bus itself much neater, I was able to sit in the seat I had reserved, and the seat reclined more so I was able to get in comfortably. However, tall people may find it uncomfortable. The driver also confirmed the drop-off location, so I got off at the correct place without making any mistakes. There aren't many reviews on the G8, so I booked it as a challenge, but I hope it helps :)

I booked a car with 3 rows of beds, but it seemed like there weren't enough passengers, so the bus company transferred it to me in a cabin, which is more comfortable and spacious. Like so much. The car runs fast, the room is spacious, with good air conditioning. The 4-hour trip from Sapa to Vietnam has a very beautiful view on the highway.

I was late for my flight but the bus company still waited for me. Thank you for your good support.

Driver Thang drives safely and is very dedicated. My wife gets car sick easily, but the car ride all the way to Sapa didn't get sick at all. The car to Sapa only had 2 people but the driver was very enthusiastic. Will continue to support the bus company on future trips.

In the afternoon, I got a bus ticket that ran very well. In the afternoon, when I booked tickets A1 and B1, the staff put me near the back of the bus even though I arrived very early. This part of the bus doesn't have curtains and I'm in the sun so I called the operator so I could change seats. When I arrived in Hanoi, I switched to another car from this company and enjoyed it very much. The car was newer, comfortable and clean. Driver and staff are also enthusiastic.

I took a sleeping bus on my way here..Well, it was a fun experience, and I came comfortably. However, the driving time was too stuffy on the road, so I found a limousine bus. I heard that the driving time was 5 hours, but I didn't make a lot of honking sounds.. My goal is to achieve it. If it's daytime and you don't have to sleep, it's highly recommended. But the usb charging of the air conditioning/seat is random. It would be satisfactory to check that, but isn't that the same for sleeping buses:)

I had a very comfortable and safe journey. This bus supports foreigners very enthusiastically. Me and my friend were very happy for the staff's help. Vietnamese people are very friendly, very nice.

Bus driver can speak English. Good for us foreigners. However some of the driving patterns make me feel insecure, for example, overtaking cars when going up the hill with no vision of incoming vehicles, Sometimes hands off driving. Texting, calling during driving.

The car runs reliably, a little off schedule due to a car problem, but the car comes to pick you up very conscientiously. I went and the driver said that if I couldn't catch up with the car in front, he would take me to Hanoi even though he only drove in HP. Fashionable magical LED light decoration. Not cheesy like the other sides. Tv has an eye-catching collection of Victoria's Secret music shows. The music is good but listening to bad headphones makes me feel more motion sick. Maybe she specializes in interviewing Western guests so she can only play European and American music. There is a bolero file but I can't turn it on, a bit unfair to Vietnamese customers. The cabin is suitable for Vietnamese people, but Westerners cannot accommodate 2 people in 1 cabin. You should take notes to make it easier for foreign guests to book. The day I went, there was a couple who were very confused and shocked when the cabin was for 2 people. There is a free shuttle bus. In short, very good!

The first time I booked a car for the whole group, I was very nervous, but I didn't expect to receive enthusiastic advice from the staff. The garage was extremely fun, high quality, and safe. Will definitely order again next time

I flew from Cam Ranh to Noi Bai, booked a Green bus from NB to Sapa, however the plane was delayed so I arrived nearly 1 hour late compared to the booking time. Even though the bus driver was still happy to wait, the bus did not pick up passengers. along the way. The operator (Thao) is very dedicated and caring. Next time I have the opportunity to return to Sapa, I will continue to choose Green bus company. It's my first time going but I feel secure and satisfied.

I am very satisfied with Ngan Ha Garage. I appreciate the drivers who drove safely on the long route from Hanoi to Lai Chau and the bus staff who served passengers attentively. I will continue to use Ngan Ha Bus Station from Lai Chau to Noi Bai intersection on November 15, 2023.

We travelled from Ninh Binh to Sapa. It was a excellent drive. The driver was very good and drove safely. He stopped every 2 hours. We arrived 1.5 hours earlier. The bus was very comfortable. Massage chair. Blanket, wifi, power. Worth the money.

Definately this bus company is the best! I highly recommend! If I knew it earlier I would been used only this company. Worth the price! They provide a bottler of water, be seated in the reserved seat position(because some company cannot, regardless you booked for a seat), some staff can speak Eng, clear announcement in Eng for about rest area like how long, how many times, what time on and on. So specious seat!you can actually book one seat for 2ppl. My partner and I stayed at one seat regardless we booked 2 seat separately.

Out of all the sleeper bus companies I’ve used in Vietnam, this was my favorite! They picked us up from our hostel and dropped us off at our next hostel. We left on time, but we did arrive at our destination 2 hours earlier than anticipated. The receptionist and driver were communicative. The upper level seats didn’t have a guard rail, but they were clean and comfortable. There was no excessive noise during our trip. I would absolutely use this company again.

The place is quiet and comfortable. Staff is ok. Cheap price. Doesn't force customers like many other places
