The first time I went from Nghe An to Da Nang, I was a bit worried that the bus company was cheating me, but in reality it was very ok. The bus company was friendly, the operator called to confirm and remind me of the schedule to avoid missing the bus. 10 minutes before the bus arrived, both the driver and the operator called. All information about the license plate and the driver's phone number matched the email received. I kept the seat I booked for myself. The bed was spacious and comfortable, the bus ran smoothly and had no smell, and I arrived in Da Nang almost 1 hour earlier than the scheduled time. 10 points, next time I need to choose this bus company to go from Vinh <-> Da Nang

We should really support good bus companies like Khanh Quynh, from the attitude of the drivers, staff to the facilities of the bus. The buses are new and very clean. I just hope that Vietnamese passengers will travel in a more civilized manner.

Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.

It’s clean and just like new one. Travelled from Hue to Hanoi with VIP cabin. The price is totally reasonable! It’s very comfortable and you can totally lay down to sleep. I think they are better than other companies. The company also offered the free shuttle bus service from the hotel to the bus station!!!! The only thing is that the communication for the shuttle bus service can be more effective. E.g. From the app it said pick up should be around 6, then updated pick up info (pick up at 730) from company via email at 720. At last, the shuttle came at 8. It’s a little scary and worry for those who had no experience with it. *May be it’s better to go to there company’s bus station to manage all the booking! The staffs are always helpful too!!!

The car ran extremely smoothly. The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. Although the bed position was a bit wrong when I booked through VXR, I still accepted the change.

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.

First time riding a car but surprised by the quality. After I booked the car, someone called to confirm and told me when to be at the boarding location. When I got on the bus, the guys and bus assistants said the seat I booked was on the 2nd floor (because I booked it wrong), but my wife still let me sleep on the 1st floor. While sleeping at night, the guy woke up in a panic and I dropped the phone. phone on the floor, right in the middle of the aisle, huhu. That guy reminded me to keep my phone inside, I'm so lucky. In general, the staff's attitude and personality are very good, the car is good, there are curtains on both sides, a TV screen, wet towels, mineral water. Especially the bed is extremely long, I'm 1m61 tall but still has a lot of room, no uncomfortable bending of the legs like other cars, overall very satisfied, really like it. We were a little worried about the trip because we read the reviews, but everything went great. The drivers changed throughout the trip and drove very carefully. The road was smooth, there was no shaking. We made enough stops to use the restroom and stopped for dinner. In general, the seats may be a little short for people taller than 180 cm, but that’s not a big deal. We enjoyed the trip.
