It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Overall, I feel secure when using this bus company's service, and will support and recommend this bus company's service to my relatives.

First time taking the Binh Thuan-Ben Cat route and choosing the TT bus due to the suitable running time. Seeing a 1* review leaving customers at the wharf roundabout, not picking up customers... I was a bit hesitant but had no choice. The car has no navigation but runs on time, only a few minutes off. Drivers and car assistants are friendly and drop passengers off at the door. The car is clean and modern, but the air conditioner is missing, so the air is cold. 10 points for the quality. Will go again if given the chance.

The ticket price was cheap but the quality was very good, the ticket included a dinner. Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.
