The other day I randomly chose to go to Saigon and found it ok so today I booked a round trip. On the way back, I was deeply impressed with the driver and the bus conductor. The bus conductor always answered the elderly people on the bus with "yes yes", "yes thank you", and called the passengers with "yes are you out yet" very politely. When explaining to the passengers, he was gentle and gentle. The driver drove very smoothly. Before getting off the bus, I praised him. Excellent service and great quality of the limo bus. The bus has reclining seats, adjustable foot rest and basic massage function. I used the service to go to Mui Ne from HCMC. On the way back I booked ADT as I was not getting g5car bus at the time I needed ( booked solid around the holidays) and the much superior quality in comparison was obvious as my memory was fresh. The driver was also very friendly and provided good advice on local restaurants!!! I will definitely book g5car over any other provider next time. I traveled 26th Aug 2026 from HCM to Mui Ne Asteria around 7 am.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

I hqve traveled with other agencies before and always had problems with being seated in other seats from the one I have paid for and some drivers were ecen rude. But with this company it was a great experience. Sending me info beforehand, so I was aware of when the driver will arrive, picked me up at my address and I've been seated in the seat I have chosen. Without too much hassle. Also a friendly driver, very efficient and a fast ride to my destination. From now on I will only book with this company. I use the limo a lot to go back and forth between Ho Chi Minh city and Vung Tau Ward. Great experience, 👍🏽

I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.
