I chose HK Bus again after booking a bus to Sapa. The drivers were very friendly. The bus company supported a transfer when I suddenly requested. My friend forgot my things on the bus after being dropped off at the airport, I quickly called the driver and surprisingly the driver did not blame me and was willing to wait for me to get my things back. The driver's interface was quite confusing but extremely friendly. Thank you HK BUSLINES for making my trip more wonderful. I would like to thank the driver and the bus company. Everything is very good and safe. There is only one point: the driver and assistant smoke in the car, which can be somewhat understood due to the long distance travel.
