He stopped to concentrate on sections requiring focus, like mountain roads. The driver also proactively arranged a Grab ride for me to pick me up, and I paid the fare myself. I'm not sure if there was any assistance, but the fee was a few tens of thousands of dong, so I didn't bother asking. The car was quite clean, comfortable, and didn't have a strong odor.

I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

Greetings. This serves to give my feedback regarding using this website when booking transport from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau on 10 September 2026. Arrived at the District 1 office of Anh Quoc Limousine Taxi and was met by a young man very eager to assist. One inside the office, the young receptionist recognised me and confirmed my booking. She had me sit down inside the waiting area before the vehicle arrived. Once the vehicle arrived, we were all allowed to take our relative seats. The driver went about driving to the best of his ability, getting all of us to Vung Tau in a very safe manner. I was dropped off at my hotel as indicated when making my booking. Thank you for an excellent service and getting all of us to Vung Tau safely...
