Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

The staff were lovely, and the bus was lovely too 😂 It was new, clean, and had Pikachu decorations all over it. Each bed even had a long Pikachu plushie to hug 🤣 The pink pig-patterned blankets would be a hit with kids. This was the first time I'd seen a bus company provide toothbrushes. Two elderly people boarded the bus and the staff even escorted them to their seats to assist them; overall, it was very thoughtful.

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

I waited about 30 minutes. There is a broken rice restaurant next door. If you haven't had dinner yet, you can stop by and eat while waiting for the bus. At around 6:45 p.m., the bus arrived, so we got on the bus and slept. - Driver, skip the bus: I think he's quite polite and cute. Well, the bus arrives at the bus station at 7:30 a.m., 1 hour earlier than expected on the website. The bus also has a transfer service within Quang Ngai city. I was stuck in traffic for about 20 minutes but the driver and assistant were still waiting and were very friendly, not pushy like other bus companies. The car I drive is a 24-minute double. The car has curtains so I find it very private and full of amenities. The car goes from Saigon to Quy Nhon and uses 3 foot stations. The car uses 2 stations to go to the toilet at the gas station. and 1 station. Use it for food. Even though the 2 stations are used at the gas station for cars to pay for fuel and for passengers to go to the toilet, the toilet at this gas station is very clean. Hk has an unpleasant smell like other stations. But it seems that this bus company runs out to Ngai Ngai and drops off passengers along Highway 1a, so it's very convenient for everyone😍 I can't fault the place when I take the bus. The car is very new. T.XE runs very well and doesn't get stuck like other cars❤️. Wishing the garage to grow stronger and stronger🥰

The staff was very enthusiastic and courteous, calling to ask again about the pick-up point and pick-up time. The drivers are very pleasant and do not smoke in the car like other car companies. The time the car stops for passengers to go to the toilet is very reasonable, without feeling full. In general, it is only 50k higher but much more comfortable than other cars. Very good experience. The bed is spacious, has a pillow, a night light, and a lamp in the room for reading. The bed sheets and blankets are very clean and tidy. The car is comfortable and runs smoothly. The driver and staff are also friendly and polite. There is a shuttle bus to Tuy Hoa city center, which is very convenient. The ticket price is reasonable. We are very happy with out 8.5 hour journey yesterday. The bus driver was extremely good . Our seats were comfortable and clean with water and hand wipe provided. Fantastic food stop . Good amount of toilet breaks. The only thing I would recommend to improve is to allow foreign payment cards when booking on the app.

Additional comments: Passengers should be fed on time, instead of feeding passengers from 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at night. Everything else is good 👍

I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.

I went Hoi An > Saigon. I was cautious after reading the reviews, but it worked out okay! They have a premium bus, but the service and employees are definitely not premium. But they're very effective and competent. They have an actual office in Hoi An, which is nice. A nice shuttle took us ftom the office to the highway where we met the bus. We stopped for dinner at a cheap, good enough spot at 8:30pm. They must have sped through the night because we reached the northern part of Saigon at 6:45am (at their carwash facility?), where they loaded us on a very janky shuttle bus to transfer to the Tinh Binh office closer to downtown (not enough seats, so some people sat on plastic chairs in the cargo hold). We reached there at 7:30am -- much earlier than the 11am arrival time on the ticket. I'm 178cm and the seat was extremely comfortable; I ended up sleeping straight from 11pm until we arrived to Saigon. But three negatives: - Second shuttle bus was blatantly unsafe (see pic) - My seat was stuck in recline / couldn't sit up - Daytime driver played rock music on a high volume. Thankfully he turned off the rear speakers when asked, but be careful getting front seats. Overall I would take them again as long as it is a budget price.
