The correct answer was that the bus transfer station was at 2:10 p.m. I asked the driver to park at my hotel about 10km away, but the driver was very enthusiastic about taking me to the hotel. I arrived 60 minutes early, and waited. There was no early departure. Bus ride was fine. Not sure why but they don't use the fast, new, modern expressway that serves this route, instead they drive on small slow roads. If they used the expressway and didn't stop for so long at the rest atop I think the travel time could be reduced by 40% or more.

The driver is very cute and drives carefully. First time experience but found it very good. There are times and times on the highway, so there is no need to be too punctual, as long as the driver drives carefully, you can rest assured.

We bought plane tickets and booked a hotel separately. Transfer was not included. Based on reviews, the vexere service was recommended. We reserved seats with payment to the driver. The driver met you at the indicated location (Ho Chi Minh City airport) and took you directly to the hotel (Bamboo village). Along the way there was a stop for a snack and a restroom. It was comfortable in the car, we had a good rest after the flight. I recommend!!!

The car is clean and runs on time. The day I went there were only 3 guests so it was very comfortable. The car runs super fast. From Mui Ne to SG, it takes exactly 3 hours (including 20 minutes at the stop), so awesome 🤣. At first, when I booked the ticket, I was a bit confused because I saw little feedback and didn't get a call from the bus company to confirm. Here, you only need to call 30 minutes before the bus departs. The rest of the information can be viewed on the app and email. Suggestion to the bus company is to call to confirm with the customer after the customer books a ticket and pays successfully.

The bus station's waiting area does not have food for customers as advertised on Facebook, but the staff is very enthusiastic, covering customers with umbrellas when it rains and carrying luggage to the car for customers. This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. My family has traveled with g5 bus company several times. In general, the car is clean, comfortable, runs on time and picks up and drops off passengers properly. However, on the last trip, July 19, SG-BT and July 29, BT-SG, I was really worried and weak-hearted with the driver. I don't know if it was luck or unlucky that I met him every round trip. My first time traveling alone away from Saigon, I didn't think I was lucky to book such a great bus company ❤ I booked the company through the Vexere app because there was a 50% discount, so I immediately booked a 22 bed bus ticket. Before the day of departure. One day, the company called me to update the license plate as well as confirm personal information and drop off station. I also whispered to the hotline staff that it was my first time going alone to a far away place and going to a wedding. I also gave the garage the address of the wedding restaurant. So 10 minutes later, the bus company called me back and arranged for me to get off the bus as close to the restaurant as possible. Honestly, I never thought there would be such an enthusiastic and attentive car company. The bus departed at 10:15 p.m., I was at the bus station at 10:50 p.m. As soon as I took my suitcase out of the taxi, a guy ran over to support me and quickly put my suitcase in the car's tunnel, while I dressed up and got in the car. My bed is on top, I haven't climbed a bunk bed in a long time so I'm a bit lost ^^ But surprisingly, from behind a woman's voice came, "Brother, let me help you". I am really satisfied with the service quality of this bus company. From the waiting room, I was warmly welcomed, served free instant noodles and coffee, comfortable seats, clean space. Lying down with my legs straight, my back straight, I slept very well. The driver was polite, enthusiastic, and professional. The garage is very thoughtful. I'm in Phu Yen and take the 9pm flight, the bus company has bread and milk ready for passengers (+1 super big point). Call before pick up time (about half an hour). Staff are also very polite and attentive. A big plus is that the after-service is super good. When I arrived in the morning, in the afternoon someone from the bus company contacted me to ask about the experience and service to improve better. The place is also very clean and comfortable. However, because I get car sick, I'm quite sensitive to smells. I hope the bus company can arrange some hanging bags of ginger, lemongrass, or something to make the smell in the car more pleasant. This review has no seeding or advertising, so anyone who is considering experiencing this garage should try it, don't hesitate. A small note for tall people: if possible, you should choose the beds in front. Last day I went because I had no other choice so I slept in the last bed which is a bit short for my height. But it's still quite comfortable, I just think the front bed will be a little more comfortable.
