I am a tourist from India and even though they don't speak English, they communicated about my pickup location via WhatsApp and helped to guide the grab(cab service) driver with the location for pickup

The car picked up a bit late but there were 2 passengers and still ran. I bought a promotional ticket so I got a discount. This trip will probably make a loss for the bus company. Support 5 stars for parking with many customers.

Really like your service. When you travel at the right time, you can sit comfortably in the car. Some days, you can get a great massage when you go by car 😍

When you book a car, the driver will call to reschedule with you, about 15-20 minutes earlier. Whoever gets in the car first gets to choose the seat first, I got a shared car so I just accepted =)). The car is new, clean, and has comfortable seats for medium-sized people (it's a bit cumbersome if you're eight people). Hmm, the car is new, the air conditioning is cold, so if you can't stand the cold, remember to use a thick blanket to keep warm. The driver drove quite smoothly, but every time he talked on the phone it was quite loud, causing me to wake up in the fog about 2-3 times during the trip but still slept well (luckily I'm fat so I easily wake up and fall asleep). The garage should install a curtain or plastic screen to separate the passenger from the driver, with shelters for both sides. In general, I am very sympathetic to this bus company, so if I go anywhere in Ha Long, I still choose to return to this bus company.

Car on time, enthusiastic advice

I took a sleeping bus on my way here..Well, it was a fun experience, and I came comfortably. However, the driving time was too stuffy on the road, so I found a limousine bus. I heard that the driving time was 5 hours, but I didn't make a lot of honking sounds.. My goal is to achieve it. If it's daytime and you don't have to sleep, it's highly recommended. But the usb charging of the air conditioning/seat is random. It would be satisfactory to check that, but isn't that the same for sleeping buses:)

This company went well above their required services. They were absolutely wonderful for me and my wife. Let me explain...There was a place listed on our ticket for pick up. The place was incorrect. The customer service sent a van...that then raced through the city...and then raced on the highway...to meet the van that had already departed. They did everything to make sure we got on our shuttle to Haiphong. I appreciate their care and empathy. I will use this service whenever I go to Hanoi.

Tam Coc > Hanoi : we had a toilet break during the trip. The car was clean and had USB plugs, but no WiFi. The bus was late but on a Sunday afternoon after the Têt holidays, there was heaps of traffic. Overall, we made it safely to our destination and that’s what matters

Nice car to help with pick up and drop off

I took the bus from Hanoi to Ha Long. Everything went very well. The bus arrived at the pick up point exactly on time and we even got to Ha Long a bit earlier. The driver was very nice, it was very easy to communicate with the operator via whatsapp. The bus was comfortable and clean.

The transit driver is so cute. I hope you will soon have more time to spend with your family, wish your daughter a successful detox, wish the other two children grow up quickly, wish your wife no longer has a husband like she doesn't have one anymore :))))) )

I am satisfied with the service

At 22:00, I took the Single Cabin (2nd floor) from Hanoi directly to Sapa without going through Lao Cai. 1. I changed my reservation time over the phone 3 days before using the bus. Communication was possible in English and changing the time was also easy. If you arrive 10 minutes before the bus departure time, you can comfortably receive a paper ticket. ++ 2. They say the bus sometimes comes late, but it came on time. 3. The facility was clean and odorless. I used the 2nd floor, and although the 1st floor has a slightly higher ceiling, I definitely recommend the 2nd floor because it is twice as expensive. + 4. The seat did not fully recline, but only went to about 160 degrees (there is space behind the seat back to place shoes, etc.). The length is not generous, so if you are taller than 175cm, you may need to bend your knees slightly. - 5. There was no bathroom, but we stopped at a rest area twice during the 5 hours to Sapa and were allowed to use the restroom. 6. Hand out a bottle of water to each person. WiFi was connected well. The biggest disappointment was that while going to Sapa, the power on the bus was cut off, so it was impossible to charge my phone even though there was a USB plug. I don't know what it's like during daytime hours. There's no TV, but that's okay since I didn't plan on watching it in the first place. - 7. A guide who could speak English took the bus with us and accompanied us to the final destination. They made announcements right before departure and arrival, and especially when we first got on, they even moved our seats to a slightly larger space (but they didn't move us to the first floor, where the price was different). +++ 8. Even though I rode on the second floor, I didn't feel much of a rattle while driving and I didn't get motion sick. There was a protection device to prevent the seat from rolling over while sleeping (each seat also had a curtain for privacy). + 9. Departure at 22:00 and arrival at 03:00 the next day, but they allowed me to sleep on the bus until 06:00. ++ The service was perfect, to the point where it was very, very disappointing that this was a bus company that only operated during the day. Since the bus company (Sao Viet) returning from Sapa to Hanoi was the worst, it may look better, but if I go to Sapa in the future, I think I will check the timetable of this bus company (Sapa Express) first.
