Time and accuracy: The bus departs on time and arrives at BMT on time as committed. 4. Price: I feel the price of the bus service is very reasonable and consistent with the quality and amenities provided. 5. Service attitude: Staff and drivers are very enthusiastic, thoughtful and respectful of customers. I feel very comfortable and satisfied with the services they provide. Their services fully met my needs and I will use their services in the future if I have the opportunity.

First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. But that's fine too!

The garage is new but very enthusiastic and thoughtful. I will continue to support. I have new options when traveling on the Eakar - SG route. I hope the garage will grow and become known to many customers and always improve service quality.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

Before now, I only took Thu Ky bus. Once, the bus went so fast that it gave me a headache. Once, the driver smoked on the bus while driving -)))) I couldn't breathe. Once, the bus conductor was very rude to me. Today, for the first time, I took the bus and slept very well. It ran very smoothly. I must say that the driver and the bus conductor were also very cute. Everyone was very friendly and considerate. I wish all trips with Minh An Thu Ky bus company will always be safe and smooth.

This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. Very good service, the bus company picks up and drops off passengers at the correct address, first time riding without incurring additional Grab costs. Enthusiastic staff. Suggestion: The bus company needs to interact more with customers via App or Zalo or phone messages so that passengers can feel secure, especially those who book tickets via the App. Thank you very much, I'll book again next time

Great services... I will definitely use their service again if I have the chance, but I won't buy tickets through the cheap bus app again because it hides the behavior of the Dalat bus company on my previous trip. My 1-star review was rejected with the reason "the bus company has already handled the issue with the customer," even though I am the customer and my experience says it has been handled. Who handled it?? I don't know, so I still bought tickets this time. After this, my entire company will permanently delete the cheap bus app because of this terrible handling. We will also write reviews on various platforms about my experience with both Dalat and the cheap bus company. Thank you.
