First time experiencing Nam Quynh Anh's VIP sleeper bus and found it very good. Super spacious bed, fully equipped. What I can't do without is the battery charger and the wifi is very complete. The car supports door-to-door pick-up by shuttle bus, so it is very convenient. After booking tickets, everyone should call the bus company to register for a transfer to Vinh.

The car runs on time, the driver is in the right place and safely. Especially the time runs very quickly and the bus company is dedicated to taking customers to the right place they want. Shuttle buses within Hanoi/Vinh should add more pick-up/drop-off location options on the Vexere APP. I was the one who called to request additional information when booking tickets in Vinh city. Wishing Sao Nghe will always be the number 1 choice of Nghe people when returning to visit their hometown! China Yen

I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.
