There is no pick-up along the way and many stops so there is no fear of being late. + Minus points: the time on the ticket is 16:00, however, the bus left at 15:30 and scheduled to pick up passengers from 15:20. The departure time should be adjusted earlier so that passengers can proactively arrange the time written on the ticket. The bus does not have a toilet, so when passengers need to go to the toilet, they have to wait until the stop. The bus has 22 rooms so there is no pillow like the 22 single-room bus. Overall rating: Good and Quality. I have taken the bus many times but I always choose this bus company because it is so stable. I recommend everyone to use this bus company.

I want to say a big thank you to the bus drivers. we arrived from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang earlier than planned (which was very nice) and also the drivers were very friendly. especially one of the drivers (unfortunately I don't know his name). we were treated to free water and there was a toilet on the bus. when the bus stopped along the way, it was a very good place...unlike what we saw in other companies on different routes. The car runs ok, total time from transfer to Phan Rang office is 6 hours 30 minutes. The detailed itinerary is as follows: 11:30 start transfer from District 5 office to the new BXMD -> 12:30 the car starts departing from the new BXMD -> run on National Highway 1A for about 2pm to Xuan Loc, stop -> then run the high section Speed to Phan Thiet, turn down Highway 1A and go straight to Phan Rang -> arrive at Phan Rang office around 6:00 p.m.

The driver and the bus conductor are very nice. Yesterday, it was raining. I sat in the car waiting for Thanh Trung bus to arrive. The bus conductor called me and told me to stay in the car and brought me an umbrella. Such a thoughtful action. When I got on the bus, he was afraid I would be cold and brought me a cotton blanket.
