This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. I will continue to support the garage. Hope next time will be better. Sincere thanks to the garage.

I don't know how to express my emotions when receiving such dedicated care. Before the bus left, a cute operator called to inform her that the driver would call to pick her up 30 minutes before departure time. At this point, a driver with a soft, polite voice asked: Where are you? I'll come pick you up. Even though the road was a bit crowded, the driver still tried very hard to catch the flight of another passenger in the car, but the car drove very smoothly, without any shock. I noticed that every time I called a passenger, the driver always welcomed the passenger in a soft voice, unlike other cars I've been on. I really like it. Will definitely go again next time

I hope more people know about Thanh Phong bus because the service quality is so good. The drivers drive carefully and happily. The bus company also sends thank you messages to passengers after the trip. I will continue to support the bus company when I have the opportunity to take my children out.
