I was at the designated meeting point, and they asked me to go to another one a 10-minute walk away. I told them I couldn't walk with all my luggage and that I had already taken a taxi. Great experience with Thiên Kim Limousine bus. Parents were picked up right from the airport, and the driver was very punctual. They were brought directly to the hotel, arriving even earlier than scheduled. The bus was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with relaxing music during the trip.
