The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. The car is clean and runs on time. The day I went there were only 3 guests so it was very comfortable. The car runs super fast. From Mui Ne to SG, it takes exactly 3 hours (including 20 minutes at the stop), so awesome 🤣. At first, when I booked the ticket, I was a bit confused because I saw little feedback and didn't get a call from the bus company to confirm. Here, you only need to call 30 minutes before the bus departs. The rest of the information can be viewed on the app and email. Suggestion to the bus company is to call to confirm with the customer after the customer books a ticket and pays successfully.

We bought plane tickets and booked a hotel separately. Transfer was not included. Based on reviews, the vexere service was recommended. We reserved seats with payment to the driver. The driver met you at the indicated location (Ho Chi Minh City airport) and took you directly to the hotel (Bamboo village). Along the way there was a stop for a snack and a restroom. It was comfortable in the car, we had a good rest after the flight. I recommend!!!
