Highly rated for the driver, as for the conductor, the bus company should review. Obviously, the seat was booked in advance, but when he got on the bus and saw someone sitting there, the conductor told him to give it to that person. I was suspicious that the person was the conductor's family member or not, so he got priority like that. Why did he book a seat? But the driver stepped in to resolve the issue, so I rate 5 stars for the driver.

I am really satisfied with the service quality of this bus company. From the waiting room, I was warmly welcomed, served free instant noodles and coffee, comfortable seats, clean space. Next, when getting on the bus, I felt "WOW, what a beautiful bus, what a beautiful interior". For me, this is the most comfortable seat I have ever felt on a long-distance bus. Lying down with my legs straight, my back straight, I slept very well. The driver was polite, enthusiastic, and professional. In addition, there were a variety of movies and music programs on the bus. It was worth the money for a trip. But there are also some mistakes that the bus company needs to fix: I only received a phone call from the bus company close to the departure time, but the bus company should have called me when I booked the ticket and at least 1 hour before the bus departed; the screen should have a wifi connection so that customers have more content options besides the pre-written content.
