I booked a car on the airpay payment system and received a 10% discount. The driver scheduled a pick-up time 1 hour and 30 minutes before departure time. The driver was friendly and cute. The car was clean and comfortable like a family car. The driver drove on time. Along the way, there are stops at rest stops. Highly rated for the driver, as for the conductor, the bus company should review. Obviously, the seat was booked in advance, but when he got on the bus and saw someone sitting there, the conductor told him to give it to that person. I was suspicious that the person was the conductor's family member or not, so he got priority like that. Why did he book a seat? But the driver stepped in to resolve the issue, so I rate 5 stars for the driver.

I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.
