We bought plane tickets and booked a hotel separately. Transfer was not included. Based on reviews, the vexere service was recommended. We reserved seats with payment to the driver. The driver met you at the indicated location (Ho Chi Minh City airport) and took you directly to the hotel (Bamboo village). Along the way there was a stop for a snack and a restroom. My family has traveled with g5 bus company several times. In general, the car is clean, comfortable, runs on time and picks up and drops off passengers properly. However, on the last trip, July 19, SG-BT and July 29, BT-SG, I was really worried and weak-hearted with the driver. I don't know if it was luck or unlucky that I met him every round trip. It's disgusting that you're driving and honking your horn to pass other cars. You're driving at that speed but you're also calling and sending text messages. Luckily, everyone finally came to say it was safe. Thank God

They were amazing even looked after our bags while we had some food then took us to the airport for our flight home could not have been happier or more grateful I would highly recommend all the team thanks from Tony and family from Australia
