Everything was better than any other similar experience before in 5 years in Vietnam. They called me, send me the correct and precise messages both on Zalo, Whatsapp and via email. Drivers were driving safely, picked us up on time, which was a pleasant surprise. Hope the return trip will be the same.

I was very impressed with the car driver (the limousine picked up passengers in Long Bien and then divided the passengers into different cars to take them back to the hotel). The car driver who took me back to the hotel was very good. He pointed out and guided the famous places and dishes in Hanoi. I noticed that when he dropped off passengers, he always got out of the car and opened the car door for the passengers (small). details but demonstrates very good service attitude). My mother really likes this driver because he shares with her very impressive life perspectives. I didn't ask for his name, I just knew he was in Ninh Binh. Hanoi to Ha Long trip. A driver contacted me through WhatsApp to coordinate my pick-up from my stay, then when we got to the office, I was transferred to the limo van and off we went, with a short 15-min roadside stop for restrooms and purchasing snacks. We left a little late but the whole trip still only took about 2 hours so I was happy with the efficiency.

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.

The driver was very attentive and considerate of my needs. He picked me up on time, even though I arrived a little later than expected. I am very grateful to the driver and customer service for their great support.

When you book a car, the driver will call to reschedule with you, about 15-20 minutes earlier. Whoever gets in the car first gets to choose the seat first, I got a shared car so I just accepted =)). The car is new, clean, and has comfortable seats for medium-sized people (it's a bit cumbersome if you're eight people). Hmm, the car is new, the air conditioning is cold, so if you can't stand the cold, remember to use a thick blanket to keep warm. The driver drove quite smoothly, but every time he talked on the phone it was quite loud, causing me to wake up in the fog about 2-3 times during the trip but still slept well (luckily I'm fat so I easily wake up and fall asleep). The garage should install a curtain or plastic screen to separate the passenger from the driver, with shelters for both sides. In general, I am very sympathetic to this bus company, so if I go anywhere in Ha Long, I still choose to return to this bus company.
