The ladies at the office in Hanoi have clearly been trained well in customer service as they were very friendly and helpful. The bus stopped twice in 6hrs which I feel was appropriate and the driver told us in English how many minutes we’d be stopping for (we haven’t had this anywhere else in Vietnam so we were surprised!). They even dropped us off at our hotel in Ha Giang which I wasn’t expecting as the ticket said we’d be dropped off at their office. I would say this is a very good company to travel with.

Amazing service. We had to change our plans last minute because the cruise ships had to cancel in Halong Bay (weather). Ninh Binh Travel call centre were great at reorganising our travel. They responded so quickly and kept me updated directly through WhatsApp. It gave us such great confidence when you could directly contact someone and they reply within minutes. Thank you.
