The ladies at the office in Hanoi have clearly been trained well in customer service as they were very friendly and helpful. The bus stopped twice in 6hrs which I feel was appropriate and the driver told us in English how many minutes we’d be stopping for (we haven’t had this anywhere else in Vietnam so we were surprised!). They even dropped us off at our hotel in Ha Giang which I wasn’t expecting as the ticket said we’d be dropped off at their office. I would say this is a very good company to travel with.

The bus was a bit of a mess, but it got me there. Well organized—they picked me up at my hotel in Ninh Binh, kept in constant contact with me via WhatsApp, and the same thing happened when we got to Cat Ba—they also took me to my hotel.

The bus was clean and had good facilities, and the driver provided a safe and comfortable ride.

Amazing service. We had to change our plans last minute because the cruise ships had to cancel in Halong Bay (weather). Ninh Binh Travel call centre were great at reorganising our travel. They responded so quickly and kept me updated directly through WhatsApp. It gave us such great confidence when you could directly contact someone and they reply within minutes. Thank you.

Got to my destination safely and on time. Convenient stops for food . Overall a very efficient service . Will be using this company again during my time in vietnam
