I reserved a front seat, but the bus company assigned me a back seat. Otherwise, they were pretty punctual.

The bus picked me up on time, was clean, and ran safely. I booked a bus at 5pm to pick me up from Da Nang airport to Quang Ngai, but because everything was done early, the bus company flexibly arranged for me to take the 4pm bus. I also dropped something and only discovered it a few days later, and the bus company helped me find it. Next time I travel from Da Nang to Quang Ngai, I will continue to use Ha Thao bus company.

Driver was on time and called me 20 minutes before arrival. Driver also asked me if I wanted to be dropped off at a specific address other than the main drop off point. I was dropped Right at my apartment which was super convenient and avoided the cost of a taxi. I will definitely be using this provider from now on with my limousine van needs.

I went on a business trip from HCM to Da Nang and then back from Chu Lai. At first, I was a bit worried when trying to book a Ba Thanh bus, but I was extremely satisfied, enthusiastic about booking tickets, answering questions very enthusiastically and clearly about the price, without forcing or placing any restrictions on the customer. Next time I go on a business trip, I will definitely continue to use this car!

Everything was good. The driver was polite and punctual. Driving was safe, and the pick up and drop off points were clear and in accordance with arrangements

The informations about pick up locations etc are a little approximative, I asked Vexere where we could get to the big bus directly and at the end the location was still a mini van pick up that brought us to the bus but that is not a big deal. We left on time from Hanoi but made a very long break at the airport to wait some passengers I guess and arrived only 30 minutes late in Sa Pa so very good. There is no WC in the bus so think about it but you’ll do two 30min breaks in freeway area (3k dong to use the bathroom and they are very clean) and will also be able to buy a lot of different snacks and food. Very confortable seats ! Keep in mind that sometimes the quality of the roads is not that good so it can be very shaky. We booked the top 2 seats at the very back of the bus and you can feel the bus vibrating a lot, the lower seats just before these seats were much more confortable and we were able to use them as they were empty. Overall a very good journey :)

We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

The car runs fast, above the calculated time. There are a few places that are a bit rushed, so I give them 4 stars. Cheap Bus Tickets reported sending electronic tickets via email lehaig8@gmail.com, but I haven't seen any electronic tickets yet. Tks
