Very prompt update via WhatsApp and even late in the evening, they are responsive via WhatsApp. This is my first time using the app and this operator, and I’m pleased with the prompt service. Drove safely and helped me to arrive at my hotel in Hue, even though I didn’t indicate at the point of booking and the driver asked me where I was headed. I’m very appreciative that they could pick me up at my preferred location unlike other operators. I’ve decided to use them again for my return trip back to Da Nang.

The bus company is dedicated, they called me before picking me up so I could prepare, the driver is friendly and drives well. Sometimes there are many shortcomings but in general the bus company is ok, so everyone should book it.

Driver was on time and called me 20 minutes before arrival. Driver also asked me if I wanted to be dropped off at a specific address other than the main drop off point. I was dropped Right at my apartment which was super convenient and avoided the cost of a taxi. I will definitely be using this provider from now on with my limousine van needs.

The departure wasn't punctual because passengers were picked up at each stop when the meeting point was supposed to be at a single point. I appreciate the kindness, but I would have preferred it to have been as agreed upon at the beginning. Otherwise, everything was fine. The car was comfortable, and the driver drove very well. As a regular customer, I saw this new bus company and decided to try it out. I'm usually hesitant to write a review, but I have to give them 5 stars because I'm extremely satisfied. The bus is new and the interior is very luxurious. Most importantly, it's odorless, which significantly reduced my motion sickness symptoms. The driver drove very smoothly, maintaining a consistent speed, and the bus has massage seats. I'm very happy with my trip, and if I need a bus service again, this will be my first choice.

I have taken the Hue - Da Nang route many times but have never been satisfied with this trip to the point of saving the number to book it later for sure. The pick-up time was very punctual, other bus companies are often late, so I was very surprised by the punctuality of the bus. The bus was clean, ran smoothly, smelled of essential oils, and was not smelly or dirty. The bus was new. The driver I took today was a sick friend born in the 1990s, drove very well and was extremely safe. This was the first time I took this route and saw the driver obey the speed limit signs, did not use the phone while driving and was very focused, changed lanes slowly and observed carefully. Picked me up from Da Nang at 2:30 and dropped me off at home at 5:00, the best experience among the bus companies I have ever taken.

Communication was easy over WhatsApp. Departure was later than originally scheduled but we still arrived ahead of time. Great value for money, would recommend:)

The informations about pick up locations etc are a little approximative, I asked Vexere where we could get to the big bus directly and at the end the location was still a mini van pick up that brought us to the bus but that is not a big deal. We left on time from Hanoi but made a very long break at the airport to wait some passengers I guess and arrived only 30 minutes late in Sa Pa so very good. There is no WC in the bus so think about it but you’ll do two 30min breaks in freeway area (3k dong to use the bathroom and they are very clean) and will also be able to buy a lot of different snacks and food. Very confortable seats ! Keep in mind that sometimes the quality of the roads is not that good so it can be very shaky. We booked the top 2 seats at the very back of the bus and you can feel the bus vibrating a lot, the lower seats just before these seats were much more confortable and we were able to use them as they were empty. Overall a very good journey :)

Thanks to the drivers for their hard work and assistance during the trip. They drove carefully, and the cars were comfortable and clean. They provided drinking water, and there was a phone charger in the car. Bring a power cord and Wi-Fi! 👍

We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

What a pleasant surprise our trip was, Hue to Danang. It was a 7 seater car. Really good driver. Clean car. The driver was early to pick us up so we arrived early at the next place. Door to door service which we really appreciated. Due to a mix up of phone numbers (my fault not theirs ) we didn't get the car registration number, however the hotel we were staying at spoke to the company and made sure that we would be getting picked up so it all worked out in the end. They communicated through whatsapp once we got the numbers sorted. Would definitely book them again.

driver cant speak english but he waited at vincom platz 30mins ahead departure. although no phone number is provided，its still easy to find him，just at the right place. most important：he is very on time. 2hour15mins to our hotel in da nang. i want to tip him but my wallet is in my luggage，so I would say happy new year here，hope he can see it. He is a very good driver！

No complaints at all, everything was great! They picked us up at the hotel and dropped us off directly at the hotel. If you choose other transportation, you will spend a lot of money on taxis to and from the bus station. This is the perfect choice — I highly recommend this bus. The price is very reasonable too!

I booked a seat for the trip from Hue to Hoi An. The trip was wonderful, the driver was very friendly and attentive, always ready to help throughout the journey and showing me a few destinations along the way. I will recommend this service to my friends!!

New car, I went on the Quy Nhon -> Da Nang trip and it was very comfortable. The shuttle bus picked up and dropped off at both QN and DN. The car company is new but I don't know why I saw many low reviews so I was hesitant when I bought the ticket, but after the trip I found it great. All the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Text the co-driver if you want to go to the toilet and he happily stopped the car at the nearest gas station so my family could get off!! Other cars sometimes grimaced and cursed lightly :) New car, strong air conditioner, clean. I don't understand why there are many low reviews? Everyone please support me, I went from Quy Nhon to Da Nang and the whole car had 7 passengers, it was pitiful. Wish Tan Quang Dung success.
