The bus station in District 1 is very cool, from the ticket office lady, the driver to the security guard. Everyone is cute and enthusiastic. I just arrived at the bus station, it was raining, the staff immediately opened an umbrella for me to sit in the bus station and wait. The driver drove very smoothly, I slept from the start of the trip until I arrived at my destination. When I arrived in Vung Tau, they took me to where I would stay (The Song) without any extra charge and I didn't need to change cars for any transfers. I hqve traveled with other agencies before and always had problems with being seated in other seats from the one I have paid for and some drivers were ecen rude. But with this company it was a great experience. Sending me info beforehand, so I was aware of when the driver will arrive, picked me up at my address and I've been seated in the seat I have chosen. Without too much hassle. Also a friendly driver, very efficient and a fast ride to my destination. From now on I will only book with this company.
