This was my first time booking a car with Nguyen Gia and I was very satisfied. The shuttle picked me up on time and the driver was friendly. The limousine was large, spacious, had Wi-Fi, charging ports, and was very clean. The driver was also safe. After arriving in Hai Phong, I was transferred to a clean and comfortable shuttle bus (VF6) with a very nice driver. A great experience! Thank you so much.

The bus company's service was very good, there was a shuttle bus to pick me up and drop me off at my place, the driver who took me from HP to HN was very professional, when I got on the bus I was a bit sleepy so he lowered my seat and turned off the music, when I woke up and realized I couldn't find my phone, he immediately called a shuttle bus to find my phone and I received my phone that same day. It was a great and convenient mobility experience from Hai Phong to Ha Long. The car gave me a "Door to Door" service as I booked through Vexere app. The car was clean and the driver was kind.
