Great experience, best limousine so far. The only suggestion is to have some be quiet policy, like Vin bus for example. There was one woman who didn't stop yapping loudly either on her phone or with the driver. Driver was respectful. Other passengers, even small kids were very considerate as well. I'm going back to Hanoi in a few days, we will see if I was just lucky or the limousine and the service are always great. For now, definitely recommend

We traveled from Ha Long to Hanoi by a comfortable bus, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. The bus was very comfortable: soft seats, a clean interior, and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the journey. A big plus was that each passenger had access to a personal phone charger, which made the trip even more convenient. We also want to highlight the excellent service: we were picked up directly from our hotel and dropped off exactly at the address we requested. Picked me on the dot at my hotel in Hanoi. Helped to load my suitcase into the trunk area. Extremely comfortable seating chair with the massager being the star. Was very relaxing to have it. Stopped for a couple of loo and snack breaks. Very good coordination from Ms Trang at Cuong Phat Limousine. Sent me the details via WhatsApp yesterday itself with the Driver and Vehicle details. Will highly recommend their service to all 👍👍👍

The driver was fantastic and helpful.I don't speak a word of Vietnamese,but he didn't let me feel bad about it.On the contrary,he was always very kind and helpful,even dropping me off right in front of the place I needed to go,which was a few kilometers away from the nearest drop-off point I had reserved.I'm 1.90 tall,and i was very comfortable during the 4-hour trip.All the other passengers were also polite and respectful,I was the only foreigner.It was a pleasure traveling with you,and I will definitely do it again.GRAZIE 🙏

We had booked online and were picked up at the Hanoi office. The driver called us 15 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. The departure was punctual, the journey went very well, the seats were comfortable. We had chosen the drop-off at Tam Coc when booking online, the driver left us near our accommodation.

The bus was new, the driver drove smoothly, and we were picked up right at my location in Ha Long. The attendant was easy to contact and called ahead to confirm the booking and pick-up location. If I have the opportunity, I will choose this bus company again.

The us driverand a guide were reliable and helpful. They do their best to solve the trouble. Punctuality is the issue in Vietnam not only this time. Al2ays asked to arrive 30min early fir the customer but yhe departinf time is normally 30min late. Otherwise I am happy.
