Hi everyone. The assistant is a wonderful girl, polite and attentive. Her attitude alone is enough to give this service a 5. She gave me half a day's notice of the departure time. She also provided advice on all matters, even those unrelated to this trip. I asked which taxi service I could use in Hanoi. She suggested I book a taxi; the price wasn't much different from what I found on Grab. The bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. The driver drove carefully. The bus was a little late, but I could see he'd been waiting a long time for tourists from a hotel near mine.

I had a wonderful experience traveling by this bus. The driver was friendly and drived safely, the ride was smooth, and the service was excellent. Thank you!

Great experience, best limousine so far. The only suggestion is to have some be quiet policy, like Vin bus for example. There was one woman who didn't stop yapping loudly either on her phone or with the driver. Driver was respectful. Other passengers, even small kids were very considerate as well. I'm going back to Hanoi in a few days, we will see if I was just lucky or the limousine and the service are always great. For now, definitely recommend

Great trip with Express. The bus was very new (nice comfy seat) and in super clean condition. We were greeted by an English speaking person that came with us (he was going to his office on Cat Ba). We got some great tips for what to do on Cat Ba from him. We had a short 15 mins comfort break after 2 hours. Then another 30 mins before getting to the ferry point and on to the speed boat. We had our own dedicated speedboat that got us to the island in 8-10 mins. Then a short 30 mins bus ride into Cat Ba town. We were dropped off a short 5 min walk from our hotel. Overall great service and would highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with the bus company. The staff is enthusiastic, the bus from Hanoi is new, the driver is cheerful, friendly, and drives carefully. The ticket price is ok compared to other bus companies. Unfortunately, there are no tickets left for the return trip. Thank you bus company.

The bus was a bit of a mess, but it got me there. Well organized—they picked me up at my hotel in Ninh Binh, kept in constant contact with me via WhatsApp, and the same thing happened when we got to Cat Ba—they also took me to my hotel.

Cat Ba to Hanoi - about 50k vnd more expensive than some of the other services but well worth it. Great organisation by Abe from Easy Go who speaks amazing English. New clean bus, comfortable seats, good stopping place half way, much better than a lot of the buses I’ve tried so far. Best thing specifically for the island though if that this bus/service takes the bus ferry so you just have the 1 bus all the way through rather than having to get off with your bags etc, get the passenger ferry to get across to the island and swap buses again etc. highly recommend.
