The ladies at the office in Hanoi have clearly been trained well in customer service as they were very friendly and helpful. The bus stopped twice in 6hrs which I feel was appropriate and the driver told us in English how many minutes we’d be stopping for (we haven’t had this anywhere else in Vietnam so we were surprised!). They even dropped us off at our hotel in Ha Giang which I wasn’t expecting as the ticket said we’d be dropped off at their office. I would say this is a very good company to travel with.

I am very satisfied with the bus company. The staff is enthusiastic, the bus from Hanoi is new, the driver is cheerful, friendly, and drives carefully. The ticket price is ok compared to other bus companies. Unfortunately, there are no tickets left for the return trip. Thank you bus company.

Great experience, best limousine so far. The only suggestion is to have some be quiet policy, like Vin bus for example. There was one woman who didn't stop yapping loudly either on her phone or with the driver. Driver was respectful. Other passengers, even small kids were very considerate as well. I'm going back to Hanoi in a few days, we will see if I was just lucky or the limousine and the service are always great. For now, definitely recommend

Cat Ba to Hanoi - about 50k vnd more expensive than some of the other services but well worth it. Great organisation by Abe from Easy Go who speaks amazing English. New clean bus, comfortable seats, good stopping place half way, much better than a lot of the buses I’ve tried so far. Best thing specifically for the island though if that this bus/service takes the bus ferry so you just have the 1 bus all the way through rather than having to get off with your bags etc, get the passenger ferry to get across to the island and swap buses again etc. highly recommend.

Got to my destination safely and on time. Convenient stops for food . Overall a very efficient service . Will be using this company again during my time in vietnam
