The bus was a bit of a mess, but it got me there. Well organized—they picked me up at my hotel in Ninh Binh, kept in constant contact with me via WhatsApp, and the same thing happened when we got to Cat Ba—they also took me to my hotel.

Excellent service. They picked us up from our hotel in Halong and took us to our hotel in Tam Coc. We'd messaged them on WhatsApp in advance and called 10 minutes beforehand. There was one restroom stop and a snack. They provided a 0.5L bottle of water. The bus was large and the seats were quite comfortable. The drive took a little over four hours.

Helpful staff. I had to change my departure date twice, once three hours before my scheduled departure. There was no problem with the operator. The driver came and picked me up. The trip was pleasant in a well-maintained coach. Upon arrival, the staff asked if everything was okay and if I had made it to the hotel. I'm returning.
