- It was stormy but the driver still drove on time. Safe, secure. The car ran smoothly. - The bus company was enthusiastic and dedicated. They supported me with changing the trip for free. The bus company waived the excess baggage fee. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly. - I quite liked the driver. Safe driving. Thoughtful, friendly, enthusiastic. - The car was comfortable, had massage, and had a charging outlet. - In the midst of the storm, I was still on time to check in at the airport, so I gave it 5 stars.

The ladies at the office in Hanoi have clearly been trained well in customer service as they were very friendly and helpful. The bus stopped twice in 6hrs which I feel was appropriate and the driver told us in English how many minutes we’d be stopping for (we haven’t had this anywhere else in Vietnam so we were surprised!). They even dropped us off at our hotel in Ha Giang which I wasn’t expecting as the ticket said we’d be dropped off at their office. I would say this is a very good company to travel with.

The driver was very friendly and the service was smooth.
