- It was stormy but the driver still drove on time. Safe, secure. The car ran smoothly. - The bus company was enthusiastic and dedicated. They supported me with changing the trip for free. The bus company waived the excess baggage fee. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly. - I quite liked the driver. Safe driving. Thoughtful, friendly, enthusiastic. - The car was comfortable, had massage, and had a charging outlet. - In the midst of the storm, I was still on time to check in at the airport, so I gave it 5 stars.

Helpful staff. I had to change my departure date twice, once three hours before my scheduled departure. There was no problem with the operator. The driver came and picked me up. The trip was pleasant in a well-maintained coach. Upon arrival, the staff asked if everything was okay and if I had made it to the hotel. I'm returning.

The bus was a bit of a mess, but it got me there. Well organized—they picked me up at my hotel in Ninh Binh, kept in constant contact with me via WhatsApp, and the same thing happened when we got to Cat Ba—they also took me to my hotel.

The bus was clean and had good facilities, and the driver provided a safe and comfortable ride.

The ladies at the office in Hanoi have clearly been trained well in customer service as they were very friendly and helpful. The bus stopped twice in 6hrs which I feel was appropriate and the driver told us in English how many minutes we’d be stopping for (we haven’t had this anywhere else in Vietnam so we were surprised!). They even dropped us off at our hotel in Ha Giang which I wasn’t expecting as the ticket said we’d be dropped off at their office. I would say this is a very good company to travel with.

What was amazing was how helpful the driver was. We were supposed to get of in the village and there still was quite a long way to our homestay, but he asked every guest on the bus where they were staying and then drove every person to the exact homestay/hotel. That was really helpful and deeply appreciated! We sat at the very front of the bus by the driver, so I cannot comment about the seats or amenities, but the bus was clean.
