She suggested I book a taxi; the price wasn't much different from what I found on Grab. The bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. The driver drove carefully. The bus was a little late, but I could see he'd been waiting a long time for tourists from a hotel near mine.

The bus company's service was very good, there was a shuttle bus to pick me up and drop me off at my place, the driver who took me from HP to HN was very professional, when I got on the bus I was a bit sleepy so he lowered my seat and turned off the music, when I woke up and realized I couldn't find my phone, he immediately called a shuttle bus to find my phone and I received my phone that same day.
