Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. It was cool and got us to our destination

Highly rated for the driver, as for the conductor, the bus company should review. Obviously, the seat was booked in advance, but when he got on the bus and saw someone sitting there, the conductor told him to give it to that person. I was suspicious that the person was the conductor's family member or not, so he got priority like that. Why did he book a seat? But the driver stepped in to resolve the issue, so I rate 5 stars for the driver.
