My family has traveled with g5 bus company several times. In general, the car is clean, comfortable, runs on time and picks up and drops off passengers properly. However, on the last trip, July 19, SG-BT and July 29, BT-SG, I was really worried and weak-hearted with the driver. I don't know if it was luck or unlucky that I met him every round trip. It's disgusting that you're driving and honking your horn to pass other cars. You're driving at that speed but you're also calling and sending text messages. Luckily, everyone finally came to say it was safe. Thank God

The car is comfortable, convenient, has a type C charging port for iPhone, the air conditioner is very cool and the car is equipped with blankets and mineral water. The driver and the bus conductor are friendly and pleasant. The bus picks up a bit later than the time on the app, so if you are afraid of missing your flight, you should book an earlier trip to avoid delays. I recommend everyone to try this car once.

Great experience with Thiên Kim Limousine bus. Parents were picked up right from the airport, and the driver was very punctual. They were brought directly to the hotel, arriving even earlier than scheduled. The bus was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with relaxing music during the trip. The support team in the Zalo answered all questions in detail and even sent photos of the pick-up spot and the bus when needed. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

They were amazing even looked after our bags while we had some food then took us to the airport for our flight home could not have been happier or more grateful I would highly recommend all the team thanks from Tony and family from Australia

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.
