After booking the ticket, the bus company called to confirm the ticket for me 1 day later, and 1 hour before departure, the bus company called to confirm again and provided the driver's phone number and the car number. Good service, clean car and the driver drove very smoothly.

I don't know how to express my emotions when receiving such dedicated care. Before the bus left, a cute operator called to inform her that the driver would call to pick her up 30 minutes before departure time. At this point, a driver with a soft, polite voice asked: Where are you? I'll come pick you up. Even though the road was a bit crowded, the driver still tried very hard to catch the flight of another passenger in the car, but the car drove very smoothly, without any shock. I noticed that every time I called a passenger, the driver always welcomed the passenger in a soft voice, unlike other cars I've been on. I really like it. Will definitely go again next time

Excellent service … the only thing that they need to write is: if someone is picked up from the International airport in HCM, they have to write "column 12 is the wait queue"

I hqve traveled with other agencies before and always had problems with being seated in other seats from the one I have paid for and some drivers were ecen rude. But with this company it was a great experience. Sending me info beforehand, so I was aware of when the driver will arrive, picked me up at my address and I've been seated in the seat I have chosen. Without too much hassle. Also a friendly driver, very efficient and a fast ride to my destination. From now on I will only book with this company. I use the limo a lot to go back and forth between Ho Chi Minh city and Vung Tau Ward. Great experience, 👍🏽

My first experience with this bus company was great, and what I liked most was the drivers' service. On the trip to Vung Tau and back to Saigon, I met three drivers who were very friendly and easy to talk to – 10 stars! 🥰... I just want to offer a suggestion regarding their driving. Although I think the drivers are quite skilled and can manage speed and maneuvers well, I still felt a little uneasy while riding. Greetings. This serves to give my feedback regarding using this website when booking transport from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau on 10 September 2026. Arrived at the District 1 office of Anh Quoc Limousine Taxi and was met by a young man very eager to assist. One inside the office, the young receptionist recognised me and confirmed my booking. She had me sit down inside the waiting area before the vehicle arrived. Once the vehicle arrived, we were all allowed to take our relative seats. The driver went about driving to the best of his ability, getting all of us to Vung Tau in a very safe manner. I was dropped off at my hotel as indicated when making my booking. Thank you for an excellent service and getting all of us to Vung Tau safely...

The charging port and LCD screen are not working at my seat. The back roll of 3 seats is very comfortable and you can adjust the seat to the maximum compared to other seat. It comes with massage seat. One stop point for Toilet break available. You can choose the option where to drop off compare to other services. The driver is very good drop off at our apartment.
