Drove safely and helped me to arrive at my hotel in Hue, even though I didn’t indicate at the point of booking and the driver asked me where I was headed. I’m very appreciative that they could pick me up at my preferred location unlike other operators. I’ve decided to use them again for my return trip back to Da Nang.

The departure wasn't punctual because passengers were picked up at each stop when the meeting point was supposed to be at a single point. As soon as I got on the car, I was quite satisfied because the car did not have the usual bad smell like other cars. Before picking up, the driver called to schedule a time in advance, so it was very convenient for me to arrange my work. The car was on time. I get carsick but I was quite comfortable on this trip. The driver was extremely cute. Hung Thinh Phat will be my first choice every time I travel from Hue - Da Nang - Hue.

Easy communication, double confirmation and information via Whatsapp. Available to book spontaneously and it was clear where we were supposed to be picked up / dropped off and at what times exactly. Even though the driver had a different drop off location for us, we were able to go to our preferred one.

driver cant speak english but he waited at vincom platz 30mins ahead departure. although no phone number is provided，its still easy to find him，just at the right place. most important：he is very on time. 2hour15mins to our hotel in da nang. i want to tip him but my wallet is in my luggage，so I would say happy new year here，hope he can see it. He is a very good driver！
