Picked me up from Da Nang at 2:30 and dropped me off at home at 5:00, the best experience among the bus companies I have ever taken.

I'm so satisfied that I didn't expect the Limousine service to be so good. I booked an 8am flight from Da Nang to Hue, but at 7am the driver called to pick me up. There's really nothing to criticize about the company's car service. If I want to go, I should book this car with a tall car and a recliner. My family has a 2-year-old child, but the whole family won't get drunk or tired.

The bus runs on time, but it takes a long time to park and pick up passengers on a detour that is a bit far. The car often brakes suddenly and returns quickly on time. I took the bus and got on the bus, but when I got to my destination, I was transferred to another bus. But no matter how enthusiastic you are, the blankets will be clean and fragrant so everything is ok. The car doesn't have a toilet, so unfortunately, when I booked the car, it said I would return it to the main store, but when I got back, I returned it to Aeon Long Bien, but it was close to my house, so it's okay.

driver cant speak english but he waited at vincom platz 30mins ahead departure. although no phone number is provided，its still easy to find him，just at the right place. most important：he is very on time. 2hour15mins to our hotel in da nang. i want to tip him but my wallet is in my luggage，so I would say happy new year here，hope he can see it. He is a very good driver！

Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!

The price is great and very reasonable. Initially, I wanted to book a train ticket for 200k per trip, but unfortunately all the tickets were sold out so I had to find a way to get home. I found out about this app, the price is even cheaper than taking the train. Will definitely come back next time

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Departure schedule is 9:30 a.m. but departure is also 9:35 a.m. - 9:40 a.m. At noon around 12:30, I landed at the Alo restaurant stop so I could rest and eat. Good service from Da Nang to Kon Tum. Water, blanket and pillow are provided. You can recharge your electronics with usb plugs. There were some occasional stops for gasing up/picking up people so you could arrive a bit later than described. (Note: we understand and spoke a bit vietnamese)
