First time taking the Binh Thuan-Ben Cat route and choosing the TT bus due to the suitable running time. Seeing a 1* review leaving customers at the wharf roundabout, not picking up customers... I was a bit hesitant but had no choice. The car has no navigation but runs on time, only a few minutes off. Drivers and car assistants are friendly and drop passengers off at the door. The car is clean and modern, but the air conditioner is missing, so the air is cold. 10 points for the quality. Will go again if given the chance.

I really enjoyed the luxury of my Limo van on my trip from Ho Chi Minh City to Dalat. The service is excellent and courteous. The Limo is built for comfort and convenience. Bottled water, WiFi and smart box on the arm rest for charging the phone. And massage options for the seat! My driver was excellent and courteous . We made a comfort break at a beautiful place. It took half the time to reach my destination as the bus and was a superior way to travel. I will use the Limo for future trips.

From Nha Trang to HCM, 7am. Good experience, more comfortable than regular train seat. Driver stopped about 3-4 times for toilet. And there was about 2 times we could buy food in those stops. I’m 187 cm tall, but not a problem to sleep on the side with legs folded. Comfortable ride. Driver honked the horn during some moments, maybe some people find it annoying, but I did not. There was a transfer bus when we reached the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh, it was good, medium size bus. Driver and his helper seemed a bit stressed and annoyed, but i don’t think they meant to be rude, they were just stressed, in other moments they smiled. Overall a very pleasant ride and experience!

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Second 45-minute trip with Han Café (Saigon-Mui Ne in a "Limousine sleeping bus" - cabins - and Phan Rang-Mui Ne in a "standard sleeper bus") and we were just as satisfied as before. The driving was exemplary, the staff incredibly attentive (they checked that everything was alright in your seat, were always smiling, and provided a warm welcome and helpful information at the pick-up point). The bus was clean and comfortable, and the communication was impeccable (they sent us a WhatsApp message to remind us of our trip and the pick-up point). The pick-up point in Phan Rang was comfortable (clean restrooms, drinks available for purchase, and excellent boarding). They even arranged a drop-off point for us because we had gone to the wrong location. Their "standard sleeper buses" are still perfectly comfortable and include several convenient stops. Compared to another so-called "VIP cabin" company where I thought I was going to die (dangerous and uncomfortable driving for passengers, poorly maintained buses, and extremely unfriendly staff), I highly recommend Han Café. I wasn't able to try their overnight trips, as they were full, probably because they're in high demand! Don't hesitate! 👍

This is my first time leaving a review because I found the bus company to be very conscientious, clean, spacious, and everything was absolutely wonderful, yet few customers know about it. I wanted to share my review so others can try their service. My experience was fantastic, with nothing to complain about. I'm a real customer, I paid for the ticket and had a real experience, not some fake marketing campaign. Thank you to the bus company and the enthusiastic and lovely driver who took me!

The bus conductors were cheerful and enthusiastic. I was late but the bus still waited for me and didn't leave like other buses. I will support the bus company on other occasions.

We booked tickets without paying for the Nha Trang-Da Nang journey (which is very convenient if you don't have a foreign card to pay with). We arrived at the bus station (the departure point was indicated on the ticket), and they printed our tickets for us at the ticket counter. We also decided to buy tickets for the return journey directly at the counter, as the price was the same in the app. We first took a minibus to the meeting point, and then transferred to the sleep bus itself. I recommend bringing a warm sweater or a thin jacket/vest, as it was occasionally chilly, and the blankets were old, but they were available. USB ports for charging your phone worked, and there was toilet paper and toilet paper. Everything was quite clean. We traveled back from Da Nang (Da Nang bus station, Terminal B2, Exit 8) on a different type of bus with three rows of reclining seats. It's less spacious, but still quite comfortable and much better than an 8-10 hour ride sitting down. We also stopped near Nha Trang and were then taken to the station by a small bus. They also transport packages during the trip, and there may be stops. I recommend this company and book VIP seats.
