It’s clean and just like new one. Travelled from Hue to Hanoi with VIP cabin. The price is totally reasonable! It’s very comfortable and you can totally lay down to sleep. I think they are better than other companies. The company also offered the free shuttle bus service from the hotel to the bus station!!!! The only thing is that the communication for the shuttle bus service can be more effective. E.g. From the app it said pick up should be around 6, then updated pick up info (pick up at 730) from company via email at 720. At last, the shuttle came at 8. It’s a little scary and worry for those who had no experience with it. *May be it’s better to go to there company’s bus station to manage all the booking! The staffs are always helpful too!!!

Shuttle buses within Hanoi/Vinh should add more pick-up/drop-off location options on the Vexere APP. I was the one who called to request additional information when booking tickets in Vinh city. The bus company is friendly, enthusiastic, and leaves on time. Modern and clean facilities. However, we have to transfer twice so it takes a little more time.

In Vinh city, pick up by sleeper bus, then go to Bac Vinh to arrange passengers before leaving, so for passengers from Quan Hanh overpass going to Hanoi, there is no need to wait, so the trip is very smooth. From BigC Thanh Hoa to Hanoi, it only takes 2 hours. I went from Vinh city, so waiting for passengers at Bac Vinh station was quite impatient. Good service, reputable bed, funny and calm driver.

Honestly, I really appreciate the drivers. I'm not used to it yet in Hanoi. I keep changing drop-off locations but they're still okay.
