New car, I went on the Quy Nhon -> Da Nang trip and it was very comfortable. The shuttle bus picked up and dropped off at both QN and DN. The car company is new but I don't know why I saw many low reviews so I was hesitant when I bought the ticket, but after the trip I found it great. All the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Text the co-driver if you want to go to the toilet and he happily stopped the car at the nearest gas station so my family could get off!! Other cars sometimes grimaced and cursed lightly :) New car, strong air conditioner, clean. I don't understand why there are many low reviews? Everyone please support me, I went from Quy Nhon to Da Nang and the whole car had 7 passengers, it was pitiful. Wish Tan Quang Dung success.

I travelled from ninh binh to danang on the overnight sleeper bus. It was our first experience taking these types of buses and we were nervous. Initially, there was a change in the pick up spot 2 hours before departure which was communicated by email. We got to the correct location at 9 and the bus wasn’t there. We reached out through email and received a prompt response which was very much appreciated. They let us know that the bus was 10-15 mins late. Once the bus arrived the driver came to us personally and helped and the customer service agent also confirmed over email. The bus was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bus driver was very kind and extra attentive knowing that we were tourists. We felt safe throughout the whole journey. The bus driver at the end of the ride guided us to the free shuttle that drops you off at the hotel. I would highly recommend.

This was my first time booking a ticket through Vexere, and honestly, I didn’t quite know what to expect. But the whole experience turned out to be really smooth and pleasant. The trip from Da Nang to Da Lat on bus 43H-185.92 was excellent. The bus itself was very comfortable and impressively clean, which made a long journey much easier. The driving felt safe and professional throughout, and that alone already means a lot on these routes. I’d especially like to thank the drivers — they were attentive, polite, and clearly cared about the passengers’ comfort. It’s one of those details you don’t always notice at first, but it really shapes the whole experience. Also, big thanks to the teams at Vexere and Viet Lao Travel. They were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful, answering all my questions without any rush or irritation. That kind of support is rare and very appreciated.
