I don't understand why the app is so slow in updating license plates, it makes me panic :)) The driver's phone number is also wrong. Just recently I got a license plate and changed my phone number kkk The car includes a full meal, I think it's ok, besides that the car is clean and the driver is friendly. The ticket includes meals, compared to many other companies, the cost is more reasonable, considered cheaper because you don't have to worry about eating and drinking along the way. The driver drives carefully, the bus attendant is polite and supports customers well. The disadvantage is that the bus only picks up and drops off passengers on the highway, so those who live in the city center are at a disadvantage. However, considering the overall price, service quality and safety, this is still a worthwhile choice.

I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.

I took a bus from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City. In general, the bus went quite quickly and arrived earlier than I expected. People should proactively call and ask the bus company to confirm all travel date information and ask them to notify them in any case of schedule changes. When getting on the bus, a few people wondered why the seat wasn't a bed. You should carefully check the type of seat on the online booking ticket because I saw it clearly stated it was a seat. The bus company will call to confirm the trip time and license plate number. Please remember the license plate clearly to catch the correct bus.

The bus conductors were cheerful and enthusiastic. I was late but the bus still waited for me and didn't leave like other buses. I will support the bus company on other occasions.

The car is so clean, beautiful, fragrant, and quiet, the car is new so everything is very new and ok. Everyone should book. I booked the trip but I couldn't book the return trip, which is a shame kkk
