This was my first time booking a bus on a whim and I was very satisfied. The ride was smooth and safe throughout the journey. The driver and assistant were very enthusiastic and helpful. The food at the rest stops they partnered with were also good, delicious, and not overpriced. A positive point, different from other buses with separate cabins, is that they provide toilet paper in the restroom. The only negative point is that the ceiling on the lower cabin is too low, so I kept bumping my head every time I sat down. 😵😵😵

The driver was very punctual, had a good attitude, every time the seat was not as chosen, we sympathize with the bus company because there were elderly people so they slept in the upper bed, the driver drove safely.

The car ran extremely smoothly. The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. Although the bed position was a bit wrong when I booked through VXR, I still accepted the change.

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The service is very standard, the price is reasonable. 2 couples sleep in a double cabin, it's comfortable, the curtains are very discreet and private, the hotline is enthusiastic and the staff on the bus is very funny and cute, it's worth going back many times 👍👍
